Using essential oils can enhance your yoga and meditation practice by assisting with relaxation and creating an ambient space that allows you to more easily focus, be present and intentional with your practice. In this workshop we'll be learning about some essential oils to incorporate into your yoga and/or meditation practice and we'll be making a yoga mat spray that will not only clean and sanitize but also leave it with a fabulous fragrance!
